The subject of the contract is the performance in the "design and build" system of construction works related to the expansion of the sanitary sewage system and water supply network in the municipality of Stary Sącz (Moszczenica Wyżna and Gołkowice Dolne) in the scope and on the terms of the specifications described.
The subject of the contract includes:
a) task no. 1: design and construction of a new gravity and pressure sanitary sewage network in the area of Moszczenica Wyżna within the scope defined in the Act of 7.6.2001 on collective water supply and collective sewage disposal (Journal of Laws 2001 No. 72 item 747 as amended) and sections to neighboring real estate ended with a well in the attached real estate, and in the absence of a well up to the border of this real estate. The length of the planned sewage system will be approx. 8.0 km of gravity channels and approx. 0.7 km of discharge lines, i.e. approx. 8.7 km - total length of the sewage system. 2 sewage pumping stations are planned. It is planned to connect 109 buildings to the constructed sewage system. Connecting buildings is not covered by the order;
b) task no. 2: design and construction of a distribution water supply network in the area of the town of Moszczenica Wyżna within the scope defined in the Act of 7.6.2001 on collective water supply and collective sewage disposal (Journal of Laws 2001 No. 72 item 747 from as amended) and sections constituting a branch off the network located in the road lane, as well as sections necessary to cross the road to the boundary of the connected property, in a way that allows its subsequent connection without disturbing the road. The length of the planned water supply system will be approx. 7.0 km. It is planned to connect 109 buildings to the constructed water supply network. Connecting buildings is not covered by the order;
c) task no. 3: preparation of design documentation for sanitary sewage system connections and water supply connections in Moszczenica Wyżna. Estimated number of connected buildings - 109.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex 8.1 to the ToR. When carrying out the subject of the order, the guidelines contained in the letters of Sądeckie Wodociągi Sp. z o. o. in Nowy Sącz (Annex 8.2 to the ToR) and the decision on environmental conditions for the project sign: SO.6220.28.2016 of 6.2.2017 (Annex 8.3 to the ToR). The lengths given in the description of the subject of the order are approximate values not including connections (designed as part of Part 1, Task 3 and Part 2, Task 2) resulting from real distances in the field between points constituting the limits of the range. The final values in terms of length, diameter of the network and branches will be determined by the Contractor in the design documentation.

The length of the planned sewage system will be approx. 10.3 km of gravity channels and approx. 2.3 km of discharge lines, i.e. approx. 12.6 km - total length of the sewage system. 4 sewage pumping stations are planned. It is planned to connect 207 buildings to the constructed sewage system. Connecting buildings is not covered by the order,
b) task no. 2: developing project documentation for sanitary sewage system connections in Gołkowice Dolne. Estimated number of connected buildings - 207.
