The assignment consists of:

• certifying function aimed at providing independent (unqualified) statements with the financial statements for the fidelity component and (partial) statements;

• natural advisory function.

The auditor carries out an annual accounts audit every year. This audit results in the report of findings and the audit report for each client.

The auditor carries out an interim audit during the financial year, the so-called interim audit, which results in the management letter and the board letter. The interim audit is aimed at the functioning of the administrative organizations of the Peel municipalities.

The accountant provides advice, of course.

The auditor draws up the schedule for the annual audits.

The assignment concerns five municipalities that work together in one common scheme (GR) and the GR itself.
