The services covered by this contract relate to the performance of regular non-urban public transport services of persons by land. The Department acts in the name and on behalf of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region within the framework of the delegation of competence in matters of public transport.

The specific procedures for the performance of services are defined by the Special Administrative Conditions (CCAP) and the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP).

The services are divided into 12 lots numbered 1 to 12.

Regular non-urban passenger transport services. Lot consisting of 7 lines (5 departmental and 2 local) for a total of about 1 173 974 km per year - 38 852 hours of time rolled in load capacity vehicles 55 places minimum. Including 1 line 90 seated and standing.

Regular non-urban passenger transport services. Lot consisting of 16 local service lines for a total of approximately 112,280 km per year - 3698 hours of laden time - vehicle capacity 9 to 55 seats minimum.

Regular non-urban passenger transport services. Lot consisting of 14 lines (4 departmental lines and 10 local service lines for a total of about 811 030 km per year - 22 761 hours of laden time - vehicle capacity 39 to 61 places minimum.

Regular non-urban passenger transport services. Lot consisting of 33 lines (1 departmental and 32 local services) for a total of approximately 297 339 km per year - 9 060 hours of time rolled in charge - vehicle capacity 30 to 63 seats minimum.

Regular non-urban passenger transport services. Lot consisting of 7 lines (1 departmental and 4 local) for a total of about 258 729 km per year - 7394 hours of time laden - capacity vehicles 55 places minimum.

Regular non-urban passenger transport services. Lot consisting of 5 lines (3 departmental and 2 local) for a total of about 155 931 kms per year- 5929 hours of time laden-capacity vehicles 55 places minimum.

Regular non-urban passenger transport services. Lot consisting of 23 lines (3 departmental and 20 local) for a total of about 484 602 km per year - 15 319 hours of time rolled in charge - vehicle capacity 8 to 55 seats minimum.

Regular non-urban passenger transport services. Lot consisting of 32 lines (1 departmental and 31 local) for a total of about 272 282 km per year - 7932 hours of time rolled in charge - capacity vehicles 55 seats minimum.
