1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of non-segregated (mixed) and segregated municipal waste from the area of the Biecz municipality in 2024.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements for the Contractor is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order ("OPZ") together with the following annexes to it:
1) Schedule for the receipt of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and biowaste from property owners on which residents reside,
2) Schedule for the receipt of municipal waste collected selectively from property owners on which residents reside,
3) Schedule for the receipt of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from property owners on which residents do not reside,
4) Schedule of collection of municipal waste collected in a selective way from owners of real estate where residents do not live,
5) List of street baskets,
(6) List of collective selective points
