The subject of the order is successive deliveries together with transport, of diesel fuel, in an estimated amount of 1,915 m³, intended to supply diesel engines with compression ignition. The procurement fuel offered by the contractor must meet the quality requirements according to Polish Standard PN-EN 590+A 1:2017-06 for diesel fuel and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, Journal of Laws of 2015 year, item 1680, as amended), the oil offered must comply on the date of the expiry of the submission of tenders, with the current provisions in force in this regard.

The diesel fuel offered and delivered must be microbiologically clean and resistant throughout the year to possible microbial contamination in gas station tanks and buses. Additives of the diesel offered must be compatible with engine oils. Implementation of diesel fuel supply in quantities each time ordered by the contracting party, assuming that፦ monthly orders can reach a volume of 150 m³, an average of four deliveries per month, - the volume of a single delivery will be approximately 30 m³. Deliveries of diesel fuel to the place referred to in point II.2.3 will be carried out from 7:00 to 13:00 within 48 hours from the time of submission by the contracting party — in writing, by telephone or email - diesel fuel requirements, and in an emergency situation — within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by fax or email. Buyers will place orders for delivery of diesel from Monday to Friday excluding the statutory vacant days.
