According to the needs of the provision of lifting services, the contracting authority orders loading and unloading works with 4 hydraulic wheeled material handling machines in the ports of Roomassaare, Kuivastu, Virtsu, Rohuküla and Heltermaa. Loading-unloading operations in freight ports must be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the basic documents of the public procurement.

As a result of the conduct of the procurement, a framework agreement shall be concluded with the successful tenderer for the provision of services to the abovementioned ports for a period of 48 months, including the time limits for individual contracts to be awarded under the framework agreement. The tenderer has the right to provide the service on terms more favourable to the contracting authority than those set out in the public procurement documents and in the tender, including lower unit costs.

The start date of the services provided under the framework contract is 01.01.2024 and the end date is 31.12.2027.

The estimated amount of services to be provided under the framework agreement in a calendar year is given in the RHAD Tender Cost Table.

The maximum value of the framework contract is EUR 13 482 252.
