This consultation concerns the energy rehabilitation works of a building of 19 collective housing located at 130 avenue de la République in Montgeron (91230).

The description of the structures and their technical specifications are indicated in the Cahiers des clauses technique particular (CCTP) and in all the technical documents. The market is allotted in three lots, as follows:

- lot 1: insulation / roof,

- lot 2: joinery,

- lot 3: heating and ventilation.

Optional variants at the initiative of the candidates are not allowed. The contracting authority does not impose any mandatory variant. The site visit is compulsory under penalty of rejection of the offer, under the conditions defined in the RC. This contract is awarded according to an adapted "open" procedure in application of article R. 2123-1 of the public order code.

Lot n ° 1 concerns the insulation / roofing work as part of the energy rehabilitation work of a 19-unit building - 130 avenue de la République, 91230 Montgeron. The services are further described in the CCTP specific to lot 1.
