The living area should be approx. 2,070 m². The property is located in Oberhof, Gräfenrodaer Straße 9-11.

The subject of the procedure is the award of the object planning (service profile building) in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI 2021 for the construction of the building.

The services owed by the contractor (contractor) under the contract for work and services are specified in detail in the performance profiles of the service phases according to § 1-9 of the HOAI and include the entire performance picture. In addition, additional, specific planning and monitoring objectives shall be defined on the basis of the terms of reference for this tender.
