Gardening service of all landscaped and indoor areas of the Union for the Mediterranean headquarters

The Bidder shall maintain the flowerbeds, shrubs, trees, paths, patios and paved areas within the boundaries of the UfM. All organic waste must be transported to the bidder's premises to be composted.

The Bidder shall provide and maintain all relevant equipment and provide adequate personnel for the proper performance of the activities described in these tender documents. All staff must be trained/certified specifically for the type of task to be performed. Personnel must use the necessary equipment and protection at all times and follow the instructions regarding occupational risk prevention.

The Bidder shall provide all pesticides and herbicides necessary for the proper conservation of the gardens. All supplies must comply with current regulations on the use of special products and must be environmentally friendly.

The Bidder shall provide and replace all plants that wilt or die from natural causes (trees excluded). In addition, the bidder must include, as part of the services, all types of necessary curative treatments, pest elimination, and similar actions.

The bidder shall place special emphasis on the use of environmentally friendly products, efficient use of water and energy, and environmentally sustainable techniques.

Landscaping services will be divided into two (2) categories:

• Regular landscaping services.

• On-demand landscaping services.
