4.1 Construction of renewable energy installations in the Warta Commune.

4.2 The project will be implemented in the "design and build" system.

4.3 The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of the Łódź Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis IV. Low-carbon economy, Measure IV.1 Renewable energy sources.

4.4 The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and works aimed at the implementation of the investment consisting in the delivery, assembly and commissioning of:

4.4.1 Part 1 – Photovoltaic installations: 189 pcs. photovoltaic installations on premises belonging to private individuals;

4.4.2 Part 2 – Installation of biomass boilers: 43 pcs. installation of biomass boilers

4.5 A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the functional and utility program, which constitutes Annex 12 to the SWZ.
