This contract covers the purchase of 20 places funded by the single service provision (PSU) established by the National Family Allowance Fund (CNAF). It is dedicated to the reception of young children from 0 to 4 years old, located in the western part of the city, in a single institution for young children (ECEC), for a period of 3 years from 1.9.2019 to 1.9.2021 renewable once. The provision may be progressive, depending on the adaptations but not exceeding 1.10.2019. The mode of attribution and occupation of these places is defined by the commune in the respect of the procedure of the attributions of the places of the city of Clayes-sous-Bois. The incumbent will do his business of collecting from the families of their participation. In no case will the city be made to bear the failure of any family for any reason.

Market form: ordinary. Award of a single market. Contract concluded for an initial period of 3 years. The duration of the initial benefit period is 3 years.
