In accordance with the texts in force, the contract will be concluded for a period of six financial years, from the General Meeting scheduled for May 26, 2023 (provisional date), until the General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the 2028 financial year in 2029.

the Statutory Auditor will thus examine the accounts for the financial years 2023 to 2028.

in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 823-1 al 2 of the French Commercial Code, if the Account Holder is a natural person, he will also be appointed alternate auditors.
