Retrofit KW Hopflauenen - Replacement impellers

This call for tenders comprises 2 lots for the manufacture of two Pelton impellers.

Forging blank according to specification 3A consisting of:

-Production of 2 forged blanks (approx. Ø 3'680mm; Thickness 945mm; Weight approx. 68 t)

-Pre-processing according to drawing

-Create measurement report

-Non-destructive testing

-Destructive tests

Mechanical machining impeller consisting of:

-Machining (milling and turning) of 2 forging blanks (lot 1) according to drawings and CAD model

-Three-dimensional measurement to prove machining accuracy

-Surveying and logging
