The planned renovation of the A37 runs from the Messeschnellweg (B3), from the Hannover-Misburg junction (km 17,800, para. 30, stat. 0,0) in a northeasterly direction and goes west of Burgdorf behind the Beinhorn junction (km 27,419, section 50, Stat. 4,353) into Bundesstraße 3. The A37 crosses the BAB 2 in the route km 19.862 (AK Buchholz) and in the further course in km 23.100 the BAB 7 (AK Kirchhorst).

The A37 was newly built in the early 1980s with a standard RQ 26 cross section (4-lane, lane widths 3.50 m, hard shoulder 2.50 m, median width 3.00 m). In the median strip and on the outer edge of the carriageway, the drainage facilities run in concrete construction, which mainly drain into open receiving water. In the section of the route there are approx. 15 traffic sign bridges and 18 traffic control systems (VBA systems) as well as an overpass and 9 underpass structures.

In addition to the renewal of the road superstructure, the basic renovation includes the renewal of the protective and control equipment as well as the signage, the refurbishment or replacement of VBA systems, drainage and building repairs.

1. Local construction supervision of traffic facilities and engineering structures (bridges)

Local construction supervision includes monitoring the execution of the property for compliance with the documents released for execution, the construction contract including the dates or deadlines specified therein, as well as the generally recognized rules of technology and the relevant regulations, taking into account environmental regulations.

The services to be performed include the following partial services:

Creation of a personnel deployment plan and handover to the AG at the latest at the start of construction. Regular updating of the personnel deployment plan.

1.1. Plausibility check of the stakeout,

1.2. Monitoring the execution of the construction work in accordance with HVA B-StB,

1.3. Participate in the instruction of the construction contractor in the construction measure (construction start-up meeting),

1.4. Monitoring the execution of the object for compliance with the documents released for execution, the construction contract and the specifications of the client,

1.5. Checking and evaluating the authorization of supplements (presentation of facts, checking for completeness of the supplements),

1.6. Carrying out or arranging for control tests, transport of all samples to the test institute (optional),

1.7. Monitoring the elimination of the defects found during the acceptance of the service,

1.8. Documentation of the construction process (e.g. construction diary, photo documentation),

1.9. Common measurement with the executing companies,

1.10. The local construction supervision is responsible among other things for the fact that

- no work is carried out for which there are no execution documents released for construction;

- no building aids subject to inspection are used that have not yet been inspected and approved;

- all construction processes in which forces are introduced into the building ground or the building comply with the verified stability proofs;

- the entrepreneur fulfills his obligation according to § 11 BDV-StB.

The local construction supervision has to intervene if the entrepreneur violates the regulations on safety on the construction site, especially if

when the construction site is at a standstill or work is interrupted. She is responsible for safety on the construction site when the individual structure is removed,

The construction project as a whole has not yet been completed.

- All violations or other significant circumstances or events discovered during construction supervision must be recorded on the day and hour. Special events such as B. Accidents are to be reported by the building supervisor to the building officer.

1.11. Participation in official approvals (e.g. traffic authorities, fire brigade),

1.12. Participate in the acceptance of services and deliveries,

1.13. Checking according to HVA B-StB of the invoices including the quantity calculations using qualified AVA software.

Ongoing assessment and information to the client about the expected billing amount,

1.14. Participate in monitoring the functionality of the system components and the overall system and in compiling the documents required in the construction contract,

1.15. Monitoring of hazardous waste disposal in accordance with the construction contract i. S. d. KrWG. Use of the electronic verification procedure in accordance with the NachwV using your own signature card and reader.

1.16. Adjust the personnel deployment plan for the ÖBÜ staff

Note:

The service phases 3, 5, 6 and 8 are assigned in a further VgV procedure. It is pointed out that the client intends to place a separate order and therefore the service phases 3, 5, 6 and 8 and the ÖBÜ are not awarded to a contractor.
