Description:
Beauvais site - swimming pool and accommodation - total consultancy

The assignment includes comprehensive consultancy in connection with the construction of a swimming pool, a residential facility and associated outdoor areas on the Beauvais site on the corner of Lyngbyvej and Rovsingsgade in Copenhagen.

The assignment concerns the phases from outline proposal up to and including 1 year inspection with construction management as an option.

The project will include a newly built public swimming pool, a residential facility with 35 homes and common outdoor areas on terrain, with emphasis on the project opening up as a new city gate towards the neighbourhood and being an offer for both users and the neighbourhood's residents. Quality and aesthetics must be combined into a buildable project for swimming pool and residential facilities and provide the opportunity for good coherence with a future nursing home on the neighboring site.

The swimming pool must contain 4-5 pools with associated technical and service functions as well as outdoor areas that take into account the swimming pool's users and operating conditions. The foyer of the swimming pool will accommodate the users of the swimming pool and at the same time contribute to the common outward-facing functions on the corner of the Beauvais site between Lyngbyvej and Rovsingsgade.

The residential offer must contain 35 homes for mentally ill people in accordance with sections 107 and 108 of the Danish Service Act with associated open areas on roof terraces and terrain as well as staff, technical and service functions. The residential offer must be accommodated with outdoor areas that provide security and homeliness for the residents.

The common outdoor areas must be publicly accessible, but primarily used by the users of the swimming pool and the residents of the residential care facility as well as the residents of the future nursing home on the neighbouring site. The outdoor areas must have common living with activities and planting for the users and at the same time meet requirements for traffic conditions, access roads, parking, etc. Outdoor areas must be usable from early morning to evening by daily users and residents as well as by the citizens of the neighbourhood.
