The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of electromagnetic flow meters and repair parts for the Régie des eaux de Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole (hereinafter the Régie). The services are divided into five (5) lots. Each lot shall be the subject of a framework agreement allocated to a single economic operator. The Framework Agreement gives rise to the issuance of purchase orders or, where appropriate, the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The estimate indicated of 500,000.00 euros Ht, then per lot below, corresponds to the total duration of the framework agreement, including renewal(s). The Estimate is evaluated in the light of current needs, it is therefore likely to evolve during execution

lot 1 has as its object the supply of electromagnetic flow meters. The Framework Agreement without minimum and with maximum is passed in application of Articles L2125-1 and R2162-1 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount of the Framework Agreement is specified in Article 4 of the Act of Commitment for each of the periods of the Framework Agreement as set out in point Ii.2.7 below.

The purpose of lot No. 2 is the supply of spare parts compatible with Siemens electromagnetic flow meters.The Framework Agreement without minimum and with maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 and R2162-1 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount of the Framework Agreement is specified in Article 4 of the Act of Commitment for each of the periods of the Framework Agreement as set out in point Ii.2.7 below.

Lot No. 3 is for the supply of spare parts compatible with abb electromagnetic flow meters.The Framework Agreement without minimum and with maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 and R2162-1 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount of the Framework Agreement is specified in Article 4 of the Act of Commitment for each of the periods of the Framework Agreement as set out in point Ii.2.7 below.
