A new school and business section shall be constructed in one building. Skanska Norge AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority invites hereby contractors to participate in a tender competition in connection with this project. This is a sub engineering, procurement and construction contract and shall continue the work based on the existing tender documents.

The assignment includes engineering design and deliveries to all technical works and deliveries to a complete user-ready building including outdoor facilities within the contract border as well as conveying and connection to all technical facilities outside the contract border.

The works are requested to be initiated with engineering design immediately after the contract has been entered into. The Awarding Authority has established separate project management for this project.

These shall on behalf of the Awarding Authority manage and follow up the project both as project manager and construction manager.

OCCI AS has entered into a contract with Oslo municipality, represented by the Education Agency as lessor for parts of OCCI’s premises to Ullern sixth forms of comprehensive school. It is a condition in this contract that OCCI expose the works included in the tenancy agreement to competition which this tender notice is a part of.
