The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new gantry and hooklift trucks for waste transport, for PGK "Saniko" Sp. z o.o. in Włocławek, divided into 2 parts:

Part 1 — Delivery of a brand new gantry truck

Part 2 — Delivery of a brand new hooklift truck

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new gantry truck, in the amount of 1 pc., intended for handling Mulda containers, made in accordance with DIN 30720 and KP5÷KP10 containers, which are equipped with the technical base of PGK "Saniko" Sp. z o.o., located at 4 Komunalna Street in Włocławek.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapter III of the Specification of The Terms of Order (SWZ) and in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ (List of Technical Parameters of the Vehicle).

The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new hooklift truck with a lifting capacity of min. 26 max 30 tons, in the amount of 1 pc., intended for handling loading containers, made in accordance with DIN 30722, with a length of min. 6500 mm., which are equipped with the Regional Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Machnacz, Machnacz 41a, Brześć Kujawski commune.
