These proceedings are conducted under an open tender pursuant to art. 10 paragraph 1 in connection with art. 39 of the PPL Act.

Supply of electricity in 2020 for electricity consumption points in the city of Zielona Góra, commune Czerwieńsk, commune Nowogród Bobrzański and commune Świebodzin.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in 2020 for electricity consumption points of the city of Zielona Góra, commune of Czerwieńsk, commune of Nowogród Bobrzański and commune of Świebodzin (listed in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract), in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 ( i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended) and in executive acts issued on its basis, in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020 (12 months).

The condition for starting deliveries is that the seller switch procedure is effective.

The estimated volume of electricity in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020 is 42 445.810 MWh. The total amount of PPE is 1376.
