1. The subject matter of the contract shall be supplies consisting in the performance of supplies together with the installation referred to in the task under the name:

a. Road asylum for pedestrians - a modular part of the island structure in red and white, which is bright and easily noticeable, screwed directly to the roadway with screws and wall plugs. Red colour with a white outer stripe around the perimeter of reflective elements. The use of three elements of the asylum allows for any formation of shape and size. Their design allows for multiple assembly and disassembly. End caps on the mounting holes prevent corrosion of the mounting screws.
b. Marking of pedestrian asylum made in such a way as to ensure the durability of colors, even when occasionally driven over by cars. In addition, reflective elements, made of microspheres of glass, increase the visibility of artificial islands in the dark, which improves road safety.
c. Performance of the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy on technical conditions to be met by public roads and their location at the pedestrian crossing The island of asylum, which is a waiting zone for pedestrians, should not be narrower than 2 meters.
d. The edges of the island separated from the roadway should be elevated above the surface of the roadway to a height of 10 cm, excluding that part of the island where the pedestrian crossing has been designated.
e. To mark pedestrian asylums, U-5 cylindrical or prism-shaped obstacle posts should be used, with a height of 0.90 cm to 120 cm and a width at the top from 0.20 cm to 0.30 cm of yellow color with longitudinal stripes of yellow reflective foil.
f. U-5 posts should be placed on the side of oncoming vehicles, on the extreme parts of the islets, they are to clearly indicate the surface of the road on which the asylum is mounted. On the obstacle posts, place a C-9 order sign (driver's order to the right of the sign) indicating from which side the asylum should be bypassed.
