We want to contract one exclusive supplier for the supply of hardware by means of a European tender. The contract duration is one year and can be extended three times by one year. The contract will be awarded to the supplier with the tender with the best price-quality ratio (60/40).

It is expected that only regular replacement will be necessary in 2021. In addition to the regular replacement, Vechtdal College is expected to invest in laptops (including docking stations and accessories) of approximately 400 units, divided over one or two orders. In the years 2022/2023, higher investments are expected due to the end of the life of existing equipment. The expected spend is therefore an average of EUR 1,000,000 per year.
