municipality of NEUVILLE-SUR-ESCAUT - (Département du Nord) Construction of a 300 m3 stormwater basin

This work includes: -The technical and economic study of the construction of the Neuville-Sur-Escaut stormwater basin, with a capacity of 300 m3, of the "parallel pipes" type, -The constitution and submission of any administrative requests (road order, groundwater drawdown and discharge, landfilling of excavated material, etc.), as well as any other document necessary for the investigation, -Carrying out execution studies, the corresponding plans and technical specifications, their transmission to the project managers and their modification according to the observations made by the latter,-the declarations and administrative authorisations related to the works,-the preparation of the site, including the site installations and the base camp, the bailiffs' reports,-the construction of the foundations, the civil engineering, the pipes and equipment of all the structures forming part of the stormwater basin;-the supply and installation of all the electrical, electronic, automation and remote management equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the new installations;-the construction of access and internal roads to the site, including horizontal and vertical signage;- the supply and installation of all the networks;- the supply and implementation of the exterior fittings,- the restoration of the premises,- the carrying out of all the tests, tests and trials described in the administrative and technical specifications,- the development of the settings and the start-up of the entire installation,- the provision of a verification file and the analysis of the risks of failure, their effects and the measures planned to remedy any breakdowns
