1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of food products for the needs of the Regional Water Management Authority in Lublin, Leszka Czarnego 3, 20-610 Lublin and its organizational units.
2. The Order includes successive delivery of food products specified in detail in point 2 of the Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ.
3. The figures given in the OPs are estimates.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the given values for reasons beyond its control, e.g. weather conditions.
1. Deliveries shall be made successively (partial deliveries) during the term of the Agreement within 7 working days from the date of notification of the demand by the Ordering Party, whereas the delivery of the entire order must be made by the date of validity of the Agreement.
2. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract in the quantity indicated by the Contracting entity to the following locations:
- Zamość Catchment Board – Zemborzyce Water Reservoir, Niezapominajki 10A, 20 516 Lublin;
- Catchment Board in Biała Podlaska, 71 Sitnicka Street, 21-500 Biała Podlaska,
- Sokołów Podlaski Catchment Board, Repkowska 49, 08-300 Sokołów Podlaski,
- Zamość Catchment Board – Nielisz Hydrotechnical Facility, 22-413 Nielisz 280
and unloaded in the place indicated by the Ordering Party.
3. The Purchaser undertakes to order no more than 2 deliveries during the term of the contract to each location indicated above.
4. The delivery will be made on working days from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 15.00 after informing the Ordering Party by fax or e-mail and agreeing on the amount of water and tea delivery to the above-mentioned places, at least 1 day before the date of delivery.
The Ordering Party may refuse to accept the delivery if it takes place after 15.00 – regardless of the reasons for the delay in delivery.
5. The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver the subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects and not infringing the rights of third parties.
6. The costs of delivery and unloading to the place indicated by the Contracting entity shall be borne by the Contractor.
7. The assortment should be delivered in original, factory sealed packaging, without signs and traces of damage.
Each package must have a factory manufacturer's label containing data, including: the name of the product, its composition and nutritional values. The shelf life of products ordered at the time of delivery should be min. 12 months.
Products should be of the first grade. The Contractor will deliver the assortment by its own transport, at its own expense in accordance with sanitary and HACCP requirements, in a way that prevents the loss of taste and nutritional values.
