The target of the procurement is meat, processed meat and convenience foods for HUS Runkopalvelut's Patient and Staff Meals, the City of Hyvinkää locations and Hyvinkää Ravitsemispalvelut Oy. A separate appendix shows the locations in more detail. Supplier selections are determined on the basis of the most economical advantage.

The acquisition is divided into three parts.

The requested products must be priced (VAT 0%) including delivery costs.

The estimated total value of the procurement (VAT 0%) is approximately EUR 7,200,000 over a period of 36 months. This is an estimate, and the contracting entity does not commit to the stated amounts in euros or consumption amounts indicated in the invitation to tender. The final order quantities may be higher or lower than stated. The object of the procurement and the requirements concerning it are described in detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes.

The contracting entity will carry out the procurement by means of an accelerated procedure, as the procurement procedure had to be suspended and a new contract can no longer enter into force by meeting the normal deadlines.
