A new building with a new 220 kV GIS switchgear is to be erected on the grounds of the two current reserve AIS control panels. The building comprises a basement steel hall with a 2-storey head building which functions as a command building. The GIS plant (not part of this tender) will be housed in the steel hall with the basement as a cable basement. In the head building are telematics and battery rooms and more for their own use and home technology.

The new construction will take place during the operation of the existing AIS switchgear.

In addition to the master construction work for building construction and civil engineering, work on interior fittings (HVAC, building installation, grounding and lightning protection) as well as planning services are also advertised.
