They must comply with the requirements of the decree of 21 July 2015 relating to collective sanitation systems and the order of 22 June 2007 relating to the technical requirements, monitoring procedures and control of collective sanitation facilities. It is within the framework of the application of these technical requirements, these monitoring and control methods of our facilities that the Local Authority plans to enter into this framework agreement for "monitoring in technical assistance and self-monitoring of wastewater treatment plants" with a service provider. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, for a maximum annual amount of 55,000 euro(s) excluding VAT and a maximum amount for 4 years of 220,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT).
