The works will cover the activities listed below which will be undertaken in accordance with the enclosed Specification. Works will be carried out to properties owned or managed by GreenSquare Group. It should be noted that GreenSquare is responsible for maintaining the stock of Westlea Housing Association Ltd, its sister company within the GreenSquare Group. These are individual dwellings that are occupied. Roof covering — full replacement Chimney flashing/repointing (if required) Fascia replacement Gutter/downpipe replacement. Any contract resulting from this tender exercise will be for a duration of 4 years, with an optional 1 year extension, from the commencement of contract.
