As a result of this joint procurement exercise, the Authority and RBC seek to appoint one Service Provider for the provision of resilience services to both the Authority and RBC (under individual contracts) to cover both statutory duties and desired services, namely:

(a) Emergency Planning services;

(b) Business Continuity services;

(c) Counter-Terrorism services; and

(d) Risk Management services RBC additionally wishes to seek support with co-ordinating its Corporate Risk Register as part of the same Contract.
