The project is an approx. 1 hectare sports field area (Laurensberg district, corridor 21, parcels 836 and 837) in the Laurensberg district of Aachen. On the site there is a grass sports field with player and spectator seats, floodlights and fences as well as a small, dilapidated building with changing rooms. The city of Aachen is planning to develop a residential area with multi-family and single-family houses on the site in the future.

For the site, which covers a total of approx. 1 hectares, expert services as well as the creation of a soil protection concept for remediation investigation and remediation planning are necessary. After completion of the remediation investigation and planning, the remediation of the site is to take place. The expert services for the execution of these further measures are included as an option in the contract to be awarded in order to ensure continuity of processing.

Expert services for the implementation of a restructuring investigation and preparation of a restructuring plan (phase 1) - is permanently commissioned

Option 2: Expert services for the preparation and implementation of soil remediation including preparation and participation in awarding contracts, local construction supervision and expert expert support as well as senior construction management, documentation, coordination according to DGUV rule 101-004, safety and health coordination. The registered area is owned by the city of Aachen. For the site "Former sports field Rathausstraße in Aachen-Laurensberg" (Annex 1), which covers a total of approx. 1 hectares, expert services for remediation investigation and remediation planning are first necessary.

The tendered services are to be provided in two phases:

Phase 1: Expert services to carry out a remediation investigation and preparation of a remediation plan as well as a dismantling? and disposal concept (to be permanently commissioned):

- Preparation of a dismantling and disposal concept

- Remediation investigation according to BBodSchG and BBodSchV (new)

- Creation of a soil protection concept from SU onwards

- Sanierungsplanung

- Preparation of a restructuring plan in accordance with BBodSchV

Phase 2 Expert services in the context of renovation and building dismantling (option):

- Expert services for the preparation and implementation of soil remediation and dismantling work

- Preparation and participation in awarding contracts

- On-site construction supervision and expert support and senior construction management, documentation

- Coordination according to DGUV regulation 101-004, safety and health coordination
