1. The subject of the contract is to provide a comprehensive security service for fixed-line telephone communications for the Marshal's Office of the Lesser Poland Voivodship as well as voivodship organizational units and voivodship legal entities.
2. Services should be provided to the Employer, including using ISDN PRA 30B + D digital tracts, ISDN BRA 2B + D digital lines, SIP TRUNK connections, PSTN and POTS analog lines and VOIP connections.
1. The subject of the contract is to provide a comprehensive security service for fixed-line telephone communications for the Marshal's Office of the Lesser Poland Voivodship as well as voivodship organizational units and voivodship legal entities, i.e.
a) the Marshal's Office of the Lesser Poland Voivodship,
b) Krakow Office of Geodesy and Agricultural Areas in Krakow,
c) Provincial Road Administration in Krakow,
d) The Home Army Museum in Krakow,
e) Małopolska Road Traffic Center in Kraków,
f) Provincial Labor Office in Krakow,
g) the Regional Center for Social Policy in Krakow,
h) Krakow Specialist Hospital named after John Paul II in Krakow,
i) Provincial Psychiatric Hospital in Andrychów,
j) the Malopolska Center of Occupational Medicine in Krakow,
k) Specialist Hospital dr J. Babiński based in Krakow,
l) Youth Educational Center Ks. Karol Wojtyła in Mszana Dolna,
m) Provincial Specialist Children's Hospital St. Ludwika in Krakow,
n) Lesser Poland Entrepreneurship Center in Krakow,
o) Team of Educational Units of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in Krakow,
p) Krakow Center for Rehabilitation and Orthopedics in Krakow,
q) the Pedagogical Provincial Library of Hugo Kołłątaj in Krakow,
r) the Krzysztof Penderecki European Center for Music in Lusławice,
2. Services should be provided to the Employer, including using ISDN PRA 30B + D digital tracts, ISDN BRA 2B + D digital lines, SIP TRUNK connections, PSTN and POTS analog lines and VOIP connections.
3. Under the contract:
a) The following connections should be provided: local, long distance, to mobile networks and international connections.
b) The existing numbering should be taken over.
c) The selected Contractor will prepare and submit relevant applications for the transfer of the numbering scope that is the subject of the contract after prior approval by the Employer, in accordance with the Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1954
With later d.)
d) Upgrade of telecommunications system software,
e) Delivery and commissioning of the control panel remote module,
f) Service will be provided
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its performance are included in the contract template constituting Annex 3 to the ToR, and in the detailed description of the object of the contract - Annex 4 to the ToR.
5. It is planned to co-finance the subject of the contract with:
a) from the Voivodeship Budget,
b) from the European Union:
- Technical Assistance Priority 13 RPO WM - Logistics and IT services,
- RDP Technical Assistance 2014-2020 Logistics and IT services,
- National Rural Network under RDP 2014 - 2020 - Logistics and IT services,
- Information Points Network Priority 3 PO PT - IT and logistics services.
6. If the descriptions of the subject of the order include: names of trademarks, patents or origin, this should be treated only as an aid in the description of the subject of the order. In any case, equivalent products in terms of construction, parameters and purpose are allowed.
7. In accordance with art. 30 paragraph 4 of the Act, in cases where the provisions of the siwz cite standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems, the Employer allows equivalent solutions.
8. Designation according to CPV: 64200000-8 telecommunications services.
9. The Purchaser in accordance with the instructions of Art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act does not require that the person / persons participating in the performance of the contract be / were employed by the contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code.
