Technical equipment (heating, ventilation, plumbing) for funded housing Siegsdorf — Augraben
The municipality of Siegsdorf is the owner of plot 88/floor no. 282/22 with a plot size of 2,558 m 2 in the development plan area “Augraben” in 83313 Hörger/Gemeinde Siegsdorf. The development plan is legally binding and is included with these procurement documents. The entire area and the protruding property are already fully developed.
According to the wishes of the municipality, residential construction funded on the property is to be created in a self-realization by the municipality. According to the stipulations of the development plan, 24 residential units with 48 upper and underground pitches in 2 or 3 apartment buildings with approx. 2,000 m 2 floor area and corresponding basement floor area are possible on the property. In addition, an attic is possible, which cannot be trained as a full floor. In some cases, there are separate rules for this plot in the fixings of the development plan. The municipality favors a solution with 2 buildings and maximum utilization of building law on the plot — that is, including a fully developed attic. Approximately 50% of the parking spaces are to be housed in an underground car park that connects both houses. The buildings and underground car park are to be planned as conventional solid construction. The aim is to achieve maximum energy efficiency — KFW Energy Efficiency House 40+. The project is to be financed, among other things, through donations from the municipal housing promotion program (kommwFP) as part of the “Bavaria Housing Pact”, but also through KFW's funding programs.
