The modular buildings will have to accommodate a social center with a capacity of 160 people, an ECEC with a capacity of 40 cradles, for a total area of about 1000 square meters. This rental will run during the reconstruction of the premises of the Dolto social center and the Eaje. The estimated rental period is estimated at 30 months but may be extended if necessary. The service includes the preparation of the land, the constitution of the building permit file, the delivery and installation of the modules, the rental and maintenance of the buildings, the insurance of the premises, the dismantling and removal of the modules at the end of the lease and the restoration of the land.
