The contractor accompanies the client's accession to the "Microsoft Campus and School Subscription Framework Agreement" by concluding a "Accession for Education Solutions (EES)" including the additional agreement for the provision of licenses in a multi-tenant environment. The contractor carries out the contractually stipulated tasks of the trading partner during the reference period.
