Description:
Performing forest management services in 2020 in the Małomice forestry

Material scope of the subject of the contract:

1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - "Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest breeding and seed production , forest protection, fire protection, logging and logging, maintenance of forest infrastructure to be carried out in the Lubin Forest District in 2020.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and seed production, forest protection, fire protection, logging and logging, maintenance of forest infrastructure resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- attachment No. 3.1. - size of works by activity,

- attachment No. 3.2. - difficulty zones and haulage distances

- Annex 3.3 - wood harvesting sorting system.

3) Material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. are estimates.

4) A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

6) Description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.

The provisions of points 7-9 do not prejudice the powers of the Employer arising from the model contract on public procurement (Annex 13 to the ToR).

11) Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as suspending performing the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the contract. Increased corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreases do not mean complete abandonment of some works. They should be understood as increasing the number of works in one location (forest address) in the Order Implementation Area (including locations in the Implementation Area not initially indicated in the Terms of Reference), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) in the Implementation Area, in total amounts of individual works falling within the Subject Matter of the Agreement specified in the ToR, to be performed throughout the Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of some elements of the contract being carried out in the course of the subject of the contract may also occur in order to implement the full scope of work described in the subject of the contract. The new location is determined as part of the subject of the contract, but always only in the Implementation Area.

12) In the case of mandatory exclusion of items from harvesting in the machine system (harvesting of wood at cutting positions where it is unacceptable to use multi-operational machines) in particularly justified cases, e.g. changes in the conditions for which the above-mentioned activities have been established, the Employer allows the change of timber harvesting technology. The justification should always be provided to the Contractor.

13) "The subject of the order is described in Annex 3.1. in (1) natural units (units of measure), and the labor consumption needed to carry it out in norm-hours and (2) in real hours. Subject of the order. The commissioning and quantity survey of works will be carried out in natural units (units of measure) or in real hours. Determining the remuneration due for completed and received works (settlement) will be carried out according to unit rates for normal hours or real hours given in the Offer Cost Estimate according to the following rules:

a) works commissioned in natural units according to activity codes, which are included in the Catalog of Standards introduced by the ordinance No. 14 of 2004 Forest Inspectorate Lubin of 01.12.2004 on the introduction to the use of environmental catalogs of time standards for forest works (sanctioning the use of No. 9 of the General Director of State Forests of November 21, 2003 ("Catalog of Standards"), contained in Annex 3.4.
