The object of the framework agreement is apartment renovation work to be carried out for Niiralan Kulma Oy. The content of the object of procurement and the requirements set for it are described in the invitation to tender and its appendices and in the Contractor's tender with appendices. The contract is based on a competitive bidding process organised by the client and a procurement decision based on it. The Customer has no quantity purchase obligation. Any procurement volumes presented in other documents are estimates only and are not binding on the Customer. The framework agreement does not confer on the Contractor the exclusive right to provide the Contracting entity with the work covered by the contract.
