In the context of this contract, the contracting authority intends to combat social dumping and social fraud.
This contract is a joint service contract within the meaning of article 48 of the law and subject to standing orders.
The purpose of this contract is to provide services relating to the spreading of chemical fluxes and snow removal on roads and motorways managed by the Walloon Region (SPW MI, direction des routes du Luxembourg - Florenville district) as well as ordering of deposits and / or stocks of administration salt, truck services, specific equipment and labor and rental without driver.
This market is part of the set of activities organized and carried out by the administration during a winter season with a view to ensuring the winter viability of its road and motorway network better known under the name winter service.
1 preventive spreading circuit (controlled departure / return or depot) and 1 curative spreading and / or snow removal circuit with a total length of 72,000 km with an indicative duration of 1h15 and 1h35 respectively for each circuit.
The following equipment must be supplied by the contractor:
- 1 UMED with type B blade,
- 2 UMD with type B blades,
- 1 unlocking device.
1 preventive spreading circuit (regulated departure / return or depot) and 1 curative spreading and / or snow-clearing circuit with a total length of 93,000 km with an indicative duration of 1h40 and 1h50 respectively for each circuit.
The following equipment must be supplied by the contractor: 1 UMED with type B blade.
1 preventive spreading circuit (regulated departure / return or depot) and 1 curative spreading and / or snow removal circuit with a total length of 103,000 km with an indicative duration of 1h40 and 2h20 respectively for each circuit.
The following equipment must be supplied by the contractor: 1 UMED with type B blade.
1 preventive spreading circuit (regulated departure / return or depot) and 1 curative spreading and / or snow-clearing circuit with a total length of 101,000 km with an indicative duration of 1h45 and 2h25 respectively for each circuit.
The following equipment must be supplied by the contractor: 1 UMED with type B blade.
1 preventive spreading circuit (regulated departure / return or depot) and 1 curative spreading and / or snow-clearing circuit with a total length of 48,000 km with an indicative duration of 0h50 and 1h20 respectively for each circuit.
The following equipment must be supplied by the contractor:
- 1 UMED with type B blade,
- 1 vehicle for loading and tidying up a depot without a driver.
1 preventive spreading circuit (regulated departure / return or depot) and 1 curative spreading and / or snow-clearing circuit with a total length of 62,000 km with an indicative duration of 1h10 and 1h30 respectively for each circuit.
The following equipment must be supplied by the contractor:
- 1 UMED with type B blade,
- 1 UMD with type B blade.
1 preventive spreading circuit (regulated departure / return or depot) and 1 curative spreading and / or snow-clearing circuit with a total length of 68,000 km with an indicative duration of 1h20 and 1h50 respectively for each circuit.
The following equipment must be supplied by the contractor: 1 UMED with type B blade.
1 preventive spreading circuit (regulated departure / return or depot) and 1 curative spreading and / or snow-clearing circuit with a total length of 37,000 km with an indicative duration of 0h45 and 1h10 respectively for each circuit.
The following equipment must be supplied by the contractor:
- 1 UMED with type B blade,
- 1 UMD with type B blade.
1 preventive spreading circuit (regulated departure / return or depot) and 1 curative spreading and / or snow-clearing circuit with a total length of 71,000 km with an indicative duration of 1h35 and 2h03 respectively for each circuit.
The following equipment must be supplied by the contractor: 1 UMED with type B blade.
1 preventive spreading circuit (regulated departure / return or depot) and 1 curative spreading and / or snow-clearing circuit with a total length of 59,000 km with an indicative duration of 1h20 and 1h45 respectively for each circuit.
The following equipment must be supplied by the contractor:
- 1 UMED with type B blade,
- 1 truck with 15 t payload.
