The subject of the order is the transport of persons on the specified routes for 4 WOG as well as military units and institutions located in its logistics supply and stationed in the cities:
Task No. 1 - Gliwice, Tarnowskie Góry, Katowice, Będzin, Chorzów, Częstochowa, Tychy, Bytom, Rybnik, Radzionków, Lubliniec, Opole, Krapkowice, Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Kuźnia Raciborska.
Task No. 2 - Bielsko-Biała, Cieszyn.

4. The Awarding Entity provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 67 section 1 point 6, in the amount of 40% of the basic order consisting of the carriage of passengers.
