Statsbygg constructs, administers and operates premises for official activities in the civil sector. Statsbygg administers an area of 2 800 000 m2 divided in approx 2 300 buildings and 600 property blocks, and executes 150 large and minor construction projects. In order to achieve better follow-up of our contractors, contractual terms and conditions as well as our responsibility as a contracting authority, Statsbygg wishes to enter into a framework agreement for an electronic registration system/card readers for HSE cards in the building and construction industry.
