The purpose of the framework agreement is the centralized contracting of the supply of electricity to the Administration of the Principality of Asturias, its autonomous bodies, as well as the public entities and public entities adhered to, in accordance with the provisions of article 219 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, to determine the conditions of such supply during the term thereof.
High voltage electrical power supplyThe Framework Agreement aims to establish the conditions under which the supply of electricity will be carried out to the buildings and facilities of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias, its autonomous bodies, as well as the public entities and public entities adhered to, in accordance with the provisions of article 219 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, Public Sector Contracts (hereinafter LCSP). The administrative need to be satisfied is to guarantee the supply of electricity for various facilities of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias and adhered organizations and entities, in the liberalized market, by virtue of the provisions of the applicable regulations, to allow the operational operation of the services installed in the aforementioned buildings. The framework agreement also seeks, as a system of rationalization of contracting, to obtain maximum savings in the purchase price of electricity and improve information management and consumption control.
