The system must cover assistance, consultancy services, project management and consultant hire within analysis evaluations. This includes, but not limited to, the following areas:

— evaluation assignments,

— data collection (surveys, interviews, etc.),

— analyses,

— methodology support,

— socio-economic analyses,

— business administration analyses,

— health economics analyses.

The system must cover assistance, consultancy services, project management and hiring strategy and business development consultants. This includes, but not limited to, the following areas:

— strategy development,

— strategy implementation,

— strategic analyses,

— governance,

— business development,

— risk management and internal control,

— quality management and quality assurance,

— target oriented management,

— benefits analysis and profit realisation,

— ROS-analyses.

The system must cover assistance, consultancy services, project management and hiring strategy and business development consultants. This includes, but not limited to, the following areas:

— manager development/support,

— culture development,

— strategic competence development,

— coaching,

— organisation analyses and design,

— work processes, roles and responsibility,

— consequence analysis,

— improving efficiency and service development,

— change management, alteration processes and methods,

— competence mapping,

— the development and implementation of competence measures,

The system must cover assistance, consultancy services, project management and hiring financial management consultants. This includes, but not limited to, the following areas:

— finance and accounts,

— analyses,

— controlling (e.g. accounts, business projects),

— Financial tools and systems,

— risk management,

— efficiency measurement and benchmarking.

The purchasing system shall cover the requirements for hire of consultancy and advisory services for project and programme management. This includes, but not limited to, the following areas:

— project and programme management as well as project support and assistance,

— process management; facilitate processes where the customer is responsible for the project,

— manage and assist with implementing and rolling out projects, change management,

— other project related consultancy services and reviews,

— methodology development/assistance,

— this system does not include ICT consultancy services.

This system will cover consultancy services, assistance, and consultant hire within public procurements. This includes, but not limited to, the following areas:

— project management of procurements,

— implementation of procurements,

— development and improvement of routines,

— category strategy,

— contract and supplier follow-up,

— procurement analyses,

— digitalisation of procurement processes and routines,

— preparation of a mandate/business case and other relevant work for procurements. The department's professionalising work.
