This contract is a framework agreement, each lot being single-tendered and entered into a separate contract. Purchase orders pursuant to Articles 66 to 68 and 78 to 80 of Decree No o 2016-360 relating to public contracts, for a period of approximately 4 years, from the date of notification scheduled for the beginning of April 2019 to 31.3.2023.

Supply to the pump of fuels (gas oil and gasoline SP 95 and 98, otherwise known as E5, E10, E85, B7 B10 or other later names) for municipal vehicles.

Supply and delivery of GNR (non-road diesel) for technical service tanks (for tractors and construction machinery) and secondarily for domestic fuel (FOD) for back-up installations.
