The material scope consists of delivery, assembly, commissioning, acceptance of UDT of a fully equipped and automated container (mobile) boiler room for heating oil. The boiler room is to serve as a backup source of thermal energy in emergency situations (quick start-up time) with a fuel oil tank and an installation to supply the boiler with fuel.
The boiler room together with the necessary installation for the boiler, the necessary connection fittings and control should fit in one container. The boiler room should be adapted to the prevailing conditions
outside, both during boiler operation and standstill; temperature (-30 to +40 ° C).
I. The subject of the contract is the rental, delivery and installation of a high-temperature water boiler room with a capacity of 10 MW with the use of a fuel oil burner in a container (mobile) body with a fuel tank.
II. The material scope consists of delivery, assembly, commissioning, receipt of UDT of a fully equipped and automated container (mobile) boiler room for heating oil. The boiler room is to serve as a backup source of thermal energy in emergency situations (quick start-up time) with a fuel oil tank and an installation to supply the boiler with fuel.
The boiler room together with the necessary installation for the boiler, the necessary connection fittings and control should fit in one container. The boiler room should be adapted to the prevailing conditions
outside, both during boiler operation and standstill; temperature (-30 to +40 ° C).
III. Description of the parameters of the installation with which the boiler room is to cooperate:
a) the temperature of return of the heating network water plus 50÷70 ° C
b) outlet temperature to the heating network plus 70÷120 ° C
c) maximum water temperature behind the boiler plus 150 ° C
d) working pressure 1.6 MPa
e) boiler water according to PN-EN 12952-12
IV. Scope of work of the contractor
1) Delivery of a mobile boiler room, with a unit capacity of 10 MW
2) The delivery of the boiler room must enable its commissioning and operation on time - from 02.01.2023 to 28.02.2023.
3) Transport to the place of assembly and unloading of the boiler room with the necessary equipment (control cabinets, chimney, working platforms, etc.) and fuel tank.
4) Foundation and leveling of the boiler room and oil tank in the place indicated by the Ordering Party.
5) Installation of boiler accessories in accordance with the technological requirements of the boiler.
6) Making hydraulic connections within the boiler and releasing the connectors outside the container.
7) Execution of the fuel installation from the tank to the burner in the boiler.
8) Execution of chimney installations.
9) Training of the Ordering Party's crew in the proper operation of the boiler room in the form of on-site training at the operating device installed at the Ordering Party.
10) Commissioning of a mobile boiler room.
11) Providing the Ordering Party with technical documentation along with all decisions to allow the boiler room to operate, operating instructions - in Polish.
12) Providing full UDT documentation for pressure equipment and participation in the acceptance of UDT.
13) Protocol handing over of the boiler room to the Ordering Party for operation.
14) During the rental period, the Lessor insures the boiler installation in the typical range covering damage caused by fire and explosion.
15) Performing service and removing failures and defects of the boiler room.
16) Dismantling of the boiler room and loading on the means of transport after the lease period and return transport of the boiler room to the Contractor's warehouse.
