The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements for the procurement of architectural and consultancy services.

The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for architectural and consultancy services for construction, roads, and water and sewage in the municipalities, as well as for planning and surveying services.

The contract is for the procurement of architectural and consultancy services.

The contracting authority wants to enter into up to 3 parallel framework agreements for the following:

— engineering design services — architect ARK, LARK,

— engineering design services — technical disciplines RIB, RIBR, RIBfy, RIE, RIM, RIV, RIVA,

— engineering design services — roads,

— construction and project management,

— planning professions,

— surveying services.

It is difficult to estimate the scope of the procurement, as it will depend on the number and size of assignments. Independent of this, the scope will exceed the threshold for part III of the regulations.
