Framework agreement/ delivery of ASP PCR test kits

The object of the service and the overarching contract objective is the permanent and safe supply of qPCR test kits for the molecular biological diagnosis of African swine fever to the Berlin-Brandenburg state laboratory via individual requests from a framework agreement in accordance with Section II.2.4) of this announcement.

The services provided by the framework contractual partner include in particular:

QPCR test kits are supplied in original packaging, which are suitable for detecting the African swine fever virus by means of a real-time (quantitative) polymerase chain reaction in the EDTA blood, swabs, tissues and bone matrices to the extent described below and are approved for use in Germany in accordance with Section 11 (2) TierGesG. A reaction time of up to 70 minutes is assumed as a minimum requirement. The batches must be released in accordance with § 32 Animal Vaccination Services.

A qPCR test kit must contain no fewer than 96 reactions and no more than 480 reactions. The shelf life of the delivered qPCR test kits must be 8 months from delivery.

The properties offered by the commissioned qPCR test kit are verified by a test setup before contract and evaluated by the client with regard to the quality suitable for sample operation. For this purpose, bidders are invited to submit qPCR test kits in accordance with the tender documents that meet the minimum requirements.

The client envisages a minimum order quantity of 30,000 reactions. It can be assumed that the acceptance for the term does not exceed 320,000 reactions, although a delivery obligation on the part of the contractor is not entitled to acceptance beyond the minimum purchase.
