The invitation to tender concerns the procurement of household appliances by Kotkan Asunnot Oy and Hamina-Asunnot Oy.
The contract period is first fixed-term 24 months, after which it is valid until further notice of 6 months. The target for the start of the agreement is 11/2022.
Through procurement contracts made on the basis of a competitive tender, household appliances for domestic use are purchased by Kotkan Asunnot Oy and Hamina- Asunnot Oy.
Certain basic appliances (stoves and refrigeration appliances) are selected for the contract, which are purchased and the supply of which the tenderer undertakes to supply.
The Supplier is responsible for ensuring that the products offered are available throughout the contract period. Products leaving the product range must be replaced by an equivalent product.
The equipment is delivered installed, the packaging waste and the old equipment are taken away.
Placing an order
When placing an order, you must indicate:
-laitetyyppi
-the handedness of the refrigeration unit
-toimitusosoite
-contact person's information (can be a resident/maintenance man/contractor) inside the apartment
to ensure access
-delivery time: the time is indicated in the order or the equipment supplier agrees on the time
with a contact
Representatives of Kotkan Asunnot Oy and Hamina-Asunnot Oy place orders through the notification management of the real estate information system Tampuuri. Orders made from Tampuuri can be received and acknowledged either with links in e-mail or using IDs in Tampuuri. The method is agreed with the selected supplier. Kotkan Asunnot Oy and Hamina-Asunnot Oy will guide you in the use of Tampuuri.
The delivery is only billable once the device has been delivered to its destination.
The content of the invoice
All unit prices must be distinguished on the invoice:
-device price
-stove ready for use installed in accordance with the height of the countertop, electrical connection, installation of a roll-over iron, removal of packaging waste from the apartment.
-refrigeration unit installed in place, electrical connection, infant car seat installed, removal of packaging waste, removal of old equipment from the apartment.
-change of handedness

QUANTITIES
The quantities indicated in the invitation to tender are actual purchases in 2021. The amounts are indicative and not binding. Based on the declared quantities, the benchmark price of the offers is calculated.
