1. The subject of the present proceedings is the supply and assembly of conveyors together with the execution of construction works for the supporting structure, carried out as part of the project entitled "Extension and retrofitting of RIPOK

"Stary Las" co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund, for the needs of the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant "Stary Las" Sp. z o. o.

2. The order will consist of:

(a) delivery, brand new:

- reversible and bunker conveyor with the function of buffering post-sorting waste generated in the Sorting Hall,

- belt conveyors forming a technological line, for transporting loose fraction from the Sorting Hall to the Compost Maturation Shelter;

- a desktop computer to operate the visualization system;

b) reconstruction of the existing condition of conveyors and supporting structures in the Sorting Hall;

c) execution of supporting structures and platforms in the Sorting Hall;

d) execution of construction works for supporting structures, outside the Sorting Hall, in accordance with the dock. design and permit

1. The subject-matter of the present proceedings is the supply and assembly of conveyors together with the execution of construction works for the supporting structure.'

2. The order will consist of:

(a) delivery, brand new:

- reversible and bunker conveyor with the function of buffering post-sorting waste generated in the Sorting Hall,

- belt conveyors forming a technological line, for transporting loose fraction from the Sorting Hall to the Compost Maturation Shelter;

- a desktop computer to operate the visualization system;

b) reconstruction of the existing condition of conveyors and supporting structures in the Sorting Hall;

c) execution of supporting structures and platforms in the Sorting Hall;

d) execution of construction works for supporting structures, outside the Sorting Hall, in accordance with the design documentation and building permit, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Specification of the Terms of The Contract, hereinafter: SWZ,

e) placement and installation of equipment included in the system of conveyors transporting sorting waste, loose fraction formed in the Sorting Hall, to the adjacent compost ripening shelter from the north,

f) electrical installation of conveyor power supply and control for delivered and rebuilt conveyors,

g) commissioning of devices included in the system of conveyors transporting sorting waste, loose fraction formed in the Sorting Hall, to the adjacent compost ripening shelter from the north,

h) training employees in the basics of operation and maintenance,

(i) the award and performance of guarantee obligations in respect of the subject matter of the contract supplied and the necessary works carried out.

3. The offered delivery item must be brand new, unused, free from defects and damage, not subject to the rights of third parties and must meet current technical and quality standards.

4.The Contractor is obliged to carry out assembly works and construction works in a way that allows the functioning of the Plant, to limit as much as possible any nuisance resulting from their conduct, including limiting the time of decommissioning the sorting line to max. 3 days.
