The contract mainly consists of the following activities:

- daily management of the parking garage (7 days a week, 24 hours a day);

- services to garage users;

- follow-up of reports and resolving malfunctions;

- cleaning of the garage;

- preventive and corrective maintenance of Parking equipment (1st line maintenance);

- financial administrative management;

- physical presence in the parking facility: 7 days a week from 10:00 – 18:30
