The Hollandse Delta Water Board (hereinafter referred to as WSHD) is launching a tender to use Audiovisual Resources as-a-Service (AVaaS) for hybrid meetings with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).

The water board is looking for AV solutions that fit into the working environment in 2023 where hybrid meetings, with a mix of online and physical participants via Microsoft Teams, are the rule rather than the exception. We must enable the end users to present, consult, brainstorm and video conference in an efficient way. Optimally working audio, image and operation is of great importance.
