The offer can be submitted for all lots. However, only a maximum of two lots per bidder will be awarded. Since the evaluation criterion is price = 100%, the bidder with the lowest price is awarded the contract. If one or more tenderers have bid in more than 2 lots and are in the leading place in all lots, the most favourable award for the entire invitation to tender shall be determined taking into account the limitation of the surcharges to 2 lots per tenderer.
