A framework agreement shall be procured with several tenderers for electrician services. The contracting authority has approx. 840 000 m² of buildings, which consist of nurseries, nursing homes, fire stations, drug and alcohol care housing and other public municipal properties. The contract shall mainly cover the company's ongoing need for maintenance and upgrades to the buildings' electrical installations, as well as some minor new installations.

The framework agreement will not include services for projects where electrical services are included as part of a large renovation or total renovation project. The framework agreement does not include checks and service on emergency lighting and guiding systems and fire alarm installations, for which OBY has separate framework agreements.
